All products undergo several stages of quality control - during production, sorting and packaging. All our actions are aimed at the exclusion of any marriage, it isn't as described and quality.
We are very serious about the product packaging and do everything in order to exclude any factor which may affect the quality of the goods during transport. In turn, we are responsible for the order before handing it to the buyer's selected delivery service. Further issues related to loss, timing of delivery or damage of cargo are handled directly with the carrier.
All products purchased in our online store scrapochka.com shall be subject to the law of Ukraine "On protection of consumer rights".
According to article 9 of the Law, goods of good quality (without defects) can be exchanged or returned in store within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase.
Exchange and return of goods of proper quality at the expense of the buyer within 14 days from the date of sale, subject to maintaining presentation of the purchased equipment, packaging, and availability of documents confirming the fact of purchase.
Please note that no returns will be accepted goods, the loss of marketable appearance or the integrity of the packaging, as well as with various signs of use and operation.
