At the same time, we ensure compliance with all consumer rights in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection."

Returns Policy:

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection," a product can be returned within 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, provided that:

• The product has not been used.
• Its marketable condition, consumer properties, seals, labels, and packaging are intact.
• The purchase receipt or its digital equivalent is provided (e.g., QR code from a software-based cash register, electronic receipt sent to the buyer's email or phone number).

Our molds are supplied in individual transparent packaging with a seal sticker. A product can only be returned if the seal and packaging are intact. Any damage to or absence of the seal or packaging disqualifies the item from being eligible for return or exchange.

The transparent packaging and seal sticker placement allow visual inspection of the product. Consumers have the right to exchange a non-food product for a similar one from the seller if the product does not meet their needs in terms of shape, dimensions, style, color, size, or other factors that prevent it from being used as intended.

If a similar product is unavailable at the time of exchange, the consumer has the right to:

• Purchase other available items with a corresponding price adjustment.
• Cancel the purchase agreement and receive a refund for the returned product.
• Exchange the product for a similar one when it becomes available.

The seller must notify the consumer on the day the requested product becomes available for sale.

In the event of canceling the purchase agreement, the refund will be based on the price of the product at the time of purchase. The money will be returned to the consumer on the same day the agreement is canceled or, if immediate refund is not possible, within an agreed timeframe not exceeding seven days.
